Podere Maria Lena is your home away from home — maybe even a little better ❤. My family and I have never felt so welcomed at any other Airbnb or hotel. The passion they put into what they do is truly palpable. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. You can find everything you need for your stay — a fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare a pasta lunch and open a nice bottle of Tuscan wine (you can actually buy some at the wineries near the house!). The outside is just as beautiful as the inside, with a pool surrounded by 100 olive trees. I mean, come on — you won’t find anything better. Ooooh, and I already mentioned how peaceful it is there, right? So quiet! The only sounds you’ll hear are birds chirping in the morning and frogs singing in the evening, coming from the nearby lake! Maria Giulia and Daniele (the best hosts) welcomed us with a delicious homemade focaccia, fresh tomatoes with basil and rosemary, their homemade olive oil, and fresh water from the spring!!! We appreciated every minute of our stay — we can’t wait to come back!
